You may use purchased graphics for personal, educational or commercial use as long as you abide by these terms of use and license type. Please be sure to read all terms. 1. General Information

When you purchase graphics from us you are purchasing only a limited, non-exclusive license to use the graphics. In order to legally use these graphics, your account must include your real full name. You may not share graphics, download links or accounts on our site with anyone. Please, take measures to ensure these images cannot be stolen from people visiting your site, home or office. Do not share your password with anyone.

If you are purchasing these graphics on behalf of a business, organization or school you may not also use the graphics for your personal use. You must create separate accounts for your own use and use on behalf of a company - even if you own the company - unless you are a sole proprietor or run the business from home. Please contact us if you are unsure of how this term affects you.

2. License Information

We offer two license types. Both licenses are for personal, non-profit, educational, business or commercial use. The only difference is whether you need to place a credit where the graphic is used.

• Credit Required Commercial Use: Credit required anywhere graphic is used both online and in print. You must place a credit link back to us when and where graphics are used online. You may place the full credit as Copyright © Né Metzger ClipartWhimsy.com or, when space is limited, you must have at least © ClipartWhimsy.com (for web) or © Né Metzger (for print).

• No Credit Required License: Credit requirement is waived by purchasing the No Credit License. This license does not give you the copyright, but you can use the graphic without having to provide a credit. If the graphic you purchased or want to purchase does not or did not provide a No Credit license option, please purchase one for each graphic or clip art set here.
  
  

Note: If you purchased graphics when they were on the old site at LogoMasterpiece.com you may either leave your credit as it was or you may change the credit to meet the above credit required terms. Any graphics bought from this site must have the new credit unless the No Credit Required Commercial Use license applies.

3. Usage Information

Purchasing these graphics does NOT give you the copyright. Commercial use means that you can use them to place on a product and sell the product, NOT the graphic itself (digital or printed).  Royalty free means that you do not have to continue to pay me any royalties for additional usage. Royalty free does not mean cost free, copyright free or license free. You must adhere to the terms of the license you purchased to legally use any graphics.

My graphics may never be used as part of a logo or as a logo. You may decorate a logo with these graphics, but you will not be able to trademark any version containing my graphics. All of the graphics on this website are © Né Metzger ClipartWhimsy.com and cannot be trademarked. If you want to use these graphics to illustrate a book, you would need to discuss this directly with me before purchasing graphics.

You may not sell these graphics as is or offer them in a collection of graphics. You may not sell these images in a scrapbooking kit or on other clip art websites.

You can use these graphics for whatever other personal or commercial use project your imagination allows. They are perfect for use on your CafePress, Zazzle, Printfection, Skreened and other print on demand shops. They are great for making invitations, scrapbooking (not kits), etc. Please be aware that, you must add something to the graphics in your designs or use them with other text or graphics on the products you sell. If making digital products like website layouts, you must flatten the graphics into other elements in the design.

4. Image Manipulation

It is okay to modify the image. In fact, it is encouraged that you use these graphics in creative ways. However, any graphic used must still be recognizable on the finished product or project. You may change the color and size of the graphic. You may crop the image. When cropping the image, at least 40% of the graphic must remain visible. You may add textures and warps to the graphic as long as the graphic remains recognizable. You may add other images and text to the graphic or use this graphic with other graphics as needed. 5. Keep Creations Friendly & Appropriate

You may not use the graphics in any way that is deemed inappropriate, racist or obscene. If you purchase these graphics, they still belong to me. I do not tolerate certain things and do not wish for my graphics to be used in a way I would not approve of. They may not be used to sell adult products or used with text of obscene, racist, pornographic nature. Use of these images must be used in a clean, kid-friendly way. If your product or design is not kid-friendly, then you may not use the graphics.

6. Acceptance Of Terms

By making a purchase on this site you agree to be bound by these terms for as long as you possess or use these images. These terms & conditions apply when and where graphics are used by you, whether they were purchased from this site or obtained from me in another way.
